Vaccume Evaporators

The vacuum evaporation treatment process consists of reducing the interior pressure of the evaporation chamber below atmospheric pressure. This reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be evaporated, thereby reducing or eliminating the need for heat in both the boiling and condensation processes.

Vacuum evaporation and concentration single effect are proven technology for various requirement of concentration and evaporation application in industry.

The basic principal of vacuum evaporation is to apply vacuum in system to bring down boiling temperature of mass which leads to evaporate at low temperature and reduce power consumption as well as fast processing and shorter time of operation.

The heat requirement in this vacuum evaporator can be provided wide steam if available from customer in jacketed reactor or direct heating though electrical heaters are also available in our design.
